The Executive Plaza Unit Owners Association, Ltd. was formed to serve as a collective voice for the individual owners of apartments within the Executive Plaza Condominium, located at 150 West 51st Street, New York, New York 10019.

We have formed a Unit Owner Association for a variety of reasons. Although we come from diverse backgrounds and interests, we have one common interest: we all own units in the Executive Plaza. Our objectives are as follows:

• To be an official organization to represent and protect our common interests
• To keep unit owners informed of current building issues in the Executive Plaza
• To help provide a platform for discussions on how the building can operate to the benefit of all unit owners
• To improve communications among the Unit Owners, and between the Unit Owners and the Board of Managers
• To obtain a better understanding of the financial operations of the building
• To provide networking opportunities for unit owners.

Frequently we post information, messages and letters regarding developments within the building. We have developed sections where qualified real estate agents and other service providers can work with you in transactions for units that you own.
