Board of Managers correspondences? Why is ESP copied on all Why is ESP’s name on the plaque affixed to
the wall of the Why is ESP allowed to
compete with unit owners? Why is ESP information
attached to the welcome packet given to every/all new
tenants? Why do some board members
buy, sell, rent and/or use ESP services to manage
units? Why is the buildings
personal instructed to direct all inquires for rental and sales to
ESP? Is the relationship
between the Board and ESP in excess of the Boards
authority? Does the relationship between Executive
Plaza management, the Board, and ESP result in discriminatory and unfair
treatment of some unit owners? IS IT NOT OUR BOARDS FIDUCIARY OBLIGATION
TO LOOK OUT FOR THE INTEREST OF ALL UNIT OWNERS? ARE ALL
