Why is ESP attending and influencing decisions at every board meeting?
     ESP was not voted, and does not belong on the board. 

Why is ESP copied on all Board of Managers correspondences?
    ESP is not an Executive Plaza Board member. 

Why is ESP copied on all Executive Plaza building management correspondences?
    ESP is not associated with Goodstein management.  

Why is ESP’s name on the plaque affixed to the wall of the Executive Plaza Building?
    ESP does not manage the building.  

Why is ESP allowed to compete with unit owners?
     Conflict- ESP buys, sells, and rents units that they, their families, and/or their companies own. 

Why is ESP information attached to the welcome packet given to every/all new tenants?
      This is unfair competition for those owners who do not use ESP’s services? What about off site agents having E.S.P’s advertising giving to their clients? 

Why do some board members buy, sell, rent and/or use ESP services to manage units?
     Conflict- The Executive Plaza Board has power over ESP’s business interest. Is this self-dealing? 

Why is the buildings personal instructed to direct all inquires for rental and sales to ESP?
  This excludes and is to the detriment of unit owners that do not use ESP’s services. Should not all unit owners be treated equally? 

Is the relationship between the Board and ESP in excess of the Boards authority?
   See-Condominium offering plan pg320. The sole role the Executive Plaza Board has in any leasing or sale transaction is a right of first refusal, and even that is circumscribed.  

Does the relationship between Executive Plaza management, the Board, and ESP result in discriminatory and unfair treatment of some unit owners?

IS IT NOT OUR BOARDS FIDUCIARY OBLIGATION TO LOOK OUT FOR THE INTEREST OF ALL UNIT OWNERS? ARE ALL OWNERS EQUAL?
